MONEÕ Associates (a division of MONEÕ GROUP LTD) a company established in 1986 and still in Tauranga, which has grown strongly in recent years to help match the demand for increased quality service when looking for help in making financial decisions relevant to LOANS, DEPOSITS or INVESTMENTS. The founder & managing director is locally raised Michael Donovan, a professional investor and financier. Since the sale of his two financial franchises (Tauranga & Thames) in 2001 Michael has added his valuable expertise to MONEÕ Group Ltd, from having held positions in the top three investment planners in his business in NZ. MONEÕ Associates offers INVESTMENTS and DEPOSITS to compliment the LOANS division. Progress is now to open consultant offices of MONEÕ throughout NZ, with several North & South Island branches, so you may be assured of quality, personalised service wherever you are, even if your adviser is temporarily away.
WHAT we do -
MONEÕ Associates takes the best parts of the best offers, in NZ or worldwide,and then customises them into a personal package to suit each client.
MONEÕ is a Latin word meaning, best ADVICE. (note the "accent" above the 2nd Õ)
* Clients are offered services which range from relatively simple home loans through to larger corporate type loans for use in launching or developing a business and so on.
* Clients are also offered investments which may often only be obtained "exclusively" via MONEÕ Associates.
Noting however, that all investments or loan deposits are independent from MONEÕ Associates, as "none are products of the company", thus ensuring that investors can be told when to sell out, if the occasion arises.

WHY
we offer these services is because the range of lending (and investment) options is so huge now, that the choice can often be bewildering to the uninformed, and this is where we help select from the best offers as a result of our research and experience with our associates.
Recently MONEÕ Associates has made huge efforts to make the investing public more aware of the need for quality service, particularly in the TRUE MONITORING of LOANS & INVESTMENTS.
There is clear evidence that most of the investment advisers (particularly those representing the larger companies), who charge a fee (usually 1%pa) to "MONITOR" investments, do not actually do what they charge for, with the result that investment portfolios can lose large amounts if downturns are in a medium to longer trend downwards. It must be remembered that New Zealand is now part of the worldwide network of economies. This all began in 1984 when New Zealand deregulated it's economy, floated the dollar and enabled New Zealanders to lend and invest worldwide, just as easily, or often easier, than we could prior to that date. It is now just as easy to buy shares in Taiwan as in Wellington, or property in the U.S.A. as in Tauranga. The whole banking industry has changed and New Zealander's are now quite familiar with new opportunities such as Citibank, HSBC.
